Who's Who remote access problem

There is an "easy proxy" problem w Who's Who which seems to be interrupting
remote access. Mike said this may be similar to a problem with
Euromonitor. Both remote access problems have been reported to Saad.

(Who's Who permits only 1 user at a time to access the database)
