Smartpros, an online accounting newsletter, offers their annual salary survey for CPAs and CFOs (respondents answered a survey between 10/31/ and 12/31/2005 so it isn't scientific). The survey indicates a !0% increase in beginning (unexperienced) accountants' salaries in 2005 from 2004.
