The forthcoming IE7 browser will have a feed reader for RSS built right in. As you can see from this screenshot from Microsoft's page about IE7, you can view posts to feeds you've subscribed to from a drop-down box in the browser toolbar. The box allows you to toggle between your favorites (bookmarks), your RSS feeds, and your browser history.
