I've added a new page to the wiki: Requests. This page details the new intra-CUNY borrowing service. I've updated references in other pages in the wiki for "recalls" and "holds" with "requests," as this is the prefered terminology for this service.
As you'll see, this new page is a bit lengthy. As always, feel free to edit it.
