If asked ... Please advise graduate students to LEFT click on the USB flash drive icon (it is the one with the green arrow over a flash drive on the lower right corner of the screen) to "eject"/remove their flash drives from the Graduate Computer Workstations. If they try to remove it another way, they will see an error/security restriction message.
(Students are used to right-clicking on the icon, or choosing the drive under My Computer to remove it. Due to the security set-up on the Grad. Workstations, these options are not available.)
