Remote Access May Not Work for CCH Tax Research
I just left a message for Mike Waldman and submitted a help desk request (ID# 3276) to report a possible problem with remote access to CCH Tax Network. A student called the reference desk today and said that she got past our EZ Proxy remote login page but then could not get past the next page from CCH that asked for her email address.

Just tried it from home (Sunday night, 8:50 pm) and failed. Got past EZ Proxy, then CCH gave me this message, "CCH Internet Tax Research NetWork Error 29549
You are not authorized to access CCH Internet Tax Research NetWork from this machine ([my IP address was inserted here]). Please check your user guide for more information."
